NATUSTRITAL is a site-specific installation exploring the convergence of three coexisting realities that simultaneously define human life today: nature, industrialism, and the digital world.
The name itself encodes this logic. Derived from the overlapping fragments of natural, industrial, and digital, the word NATUSTRITAL maps the proportional weight of each layer — nature as the primordial origin, industry as the dominant frame of contemporary existence, and the digital as an ever-thickening overlay on everything we experience and feel.
At the center of the installation stands a Toyota Corolla KE20 (1975) — not merely as an object, but as a symbol of the deeply personal, emotional bond between humans and the machine. At an event built on collective love for automotive culture, this car poses a quiet but pressing question: will the future still require us to experience that relationship through direct, physical contact?
Around it: living nature, enclosed within a structure of shipping containers — a universal symbol of global industry and the geometric logic that now defines our built environment. Nature does not disappear here; it persists, contained and framed, much as it exists in our cities: as parks, balconies, decorative islands of green in a sea of concrete. Industrial form has become our natural habitat.
The installation does not offer answers. It is a question materialized in space:
What will human reality look like when nature, industry, and the digital world become increasingly indistinguishable from one another — and what will it mean to truly experience anything at all?
